Grenoside Singers, mixed voice choir, Sheffield

Grenoside Singers are a mixed-voice choir, based in Grenoside, Sheffield. We have a repertoire which spans popular, classical and religious pieces - see our repertoire page for more detail.

We were formed in January 2007 when the Grenoside Male Voice Choir opened its doors to ladies for the first time in its 56-year history and we have been developing a new mixed-voice repertoire ever since. There are 5 sections in the choir: Tenor, Bass, Baritone, Alto and Soprano, each with a section representative on the choir management committee. We are guided by our musical director Chris Lamb.

Although we practice and often perform in Churches or church premises, we have no religious affiliation.

We practise every Monday evening at St. Mark's Church Hall, Grenoside, Sheffield from 7:30pm to around 9:30pm

We also organise social events through the year and we have an annual dinner towards the end of the year.
